Job description

Why DataMap
DataMap implements and integrates the ERPs that run finance and procurement at some of the largest companies in the world, including Google: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, and Coupa on top of them. We are a Microsoft, Coupa, Boomi, SAP, and Oracle partner. Most of our work sits where business process meets system design.
We are a small team doing enterprise-scale work. Real responsibility comes early, and the people who trained you are still in the room. We are an AI-first company: analysts here work with AI in the loop on every project.
How we hire
Apply, and you'll get a nine-minute problem-solving assessment. That's the entire first round. Score well and you get an interview, every time. No resume black hole, no weeks of silence.
The role
ERP Analyst II is for people with hands-on ERP configuration, integration, and business-process experience who are ready to own outcomes. You'll lead small-to-mid-scale implementations, improve business processes, and refine integrations across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, and Coupa.
You'll work closely with senior consultants, developers, and client business leaders to extend ERP functionality, automate processes, and fix what's broken. The goal is an ERP expert who can analyze, improve, and implement solutions that measurably raise efficiency.
What you'll do
2-4 years of experience
  • Lead small-to-mid-scale ERP implementations through configuration and deployment
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into configuration
  • Support data migration, integration, and automation projects
  • Troubleshoot performance issues and improve workflows
  • Build dashboards and reports in Power BI or ERP analytics tools
  • Train end users and provide post-implementation support
  • Document configurations, test cases, and functional workflows
4+ years of experience, with process-optimization depth
  • Own ERP module implementations and functional optimizations
  • Work with technical teams to refine integrations with third-party systems
  • Streamline processes with Finance, IT, and Supply Chain
  • Lead UAT to validate functionality before go-live
  • Recommend ERP practices and automation improvements
  • Support ERP security management and compliance
Where it leads
We promote from within, and quickly for people who earn it. ERP Analyst IIs typically move toward:
  • ERP Analyst III - automation, AI-driven ERP analytics, and enterprise reporting
  • ERP Consultant - leading full implementations, process re-engineering, and client workshops
  • ERP Solutions Architect - designing enterprise ERP infrastructure and integrations
  • Director of ERP Strategy - owning enterprise transformation roadmaps
What we're looking for
2+ years of experience
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft D365 F&O, SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or a similar ERP
  • Solid understanding of procurement, accounting, supply chain, or financial processes
  • Experience with ERP data migration, workflow automation, and integrations
  • Analyzes system performance and recommends improvements
  • Proficient in Excel, SQL, or Power BI for reporting and analytics
  • Clear communicator and problem solver
4+ years of experience
  • Expertise in ERP automation, AI-powered analytics, and workflow optimization
  • Strong understanding of ERP security, compliance, and role management
  • Track record troubleshooting ERP issues and improving performance
  • Has led ERP module implementations and trained end users
  • Knowledge of API integrations, ERP customizations, and middleware (Boomi, Power Automate)
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary and performance-based bonuses
  • Unlimited vacation and a flexible work environment
  • Free catered lunch at HQ
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Health insurance with a generous employer contribution
  • Hands-on mentorship and paid certifications
Apply
If you don't meet every requirement, apply anyway. We'd rather hear from people who are eager to learn.
