Duration: Direct Hire
Pay Rate: $90k/yr

Job Summary:
Ingersoll Cutting Tool Company, a global supplier of metal cutting tooling systems and a member of the IMC Group (a Berkshire Hathaway company), is seeking a Field Service Technician to support customers in the designated region. Candidates do not need to reside in the assigned territory. This is a field-based position requiring extensive travel to customer sites while providing technical support and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide field-based technical support to customers within the assigned territory.
Travel approximately 70–80% for in-person customer visits.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Support business growth through technical expertise and customer service.
Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, punctuality, and commitment to safety.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in either:
Technical sales, or
CNC machining/programming.
Strong hands-on machining experience applying cutting tools across a variety of workpiece materials.
Experience with CNC programming (manual and CAM systems).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven.
Authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior sales experience in the cutting tool industry.
