Key Responsibilities
As the Marketing Director, you will:
  • Develop and execute innovative marketing and advertising campaigns that drive leasing traffic and brand awareness.
  • Manage the company's social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, X (Twitter), Google, and emerging platforms.
  • Create engaging digital content, including photography, video, Facebook Live, reels, and other multimedia marketing materials.
  • Develop creative marketing collateral for apartment communities, corporate initiatives, events, and company websites.
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze results to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Stay current with industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging marketing technologies.
  • Attend community events and produce live and on-site marketing content.
  • Partner with Regional Directors, Community Managers, and corporate leadership to support leasing initiatives and community events.
  • Assist with maintaining websites, online listings, and digital advertising platforms.
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all communities and marketing materials.
  • Manage promotional materials and marketing inventory.
  • Perform additional marketing projects and special assignments as needed.
Qualifications
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional marketing experience.
  • Experience developing and managing social media campaigns.
  • Portfolio showcasing marketing campaigns, graphic design, photography, video, or other creative work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and follow-through abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Preferred:
  • Multifamily property management or real estate marketing experience.
  • Photography and videography experience.
  • Experience with Facebook Live, short-form video, and video blogging.
  • Experience using digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and social media management software.
  • Graphic design experience using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
