What We're Looking For:
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in strength and conditioning, personal training, sports performance, or athletic development
  • Experience coaching group training sessions in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of exercise science, movement mechanics, and injury prevention
  • Ability to motivate athletes and create a positive training atmosphere
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • CPR/AED certification required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Performance, or a related field
  • Prior leadership experience managing, mentoring, or developing coaching staff
  • Experience coaching youth athletes ages 7–18
  • Understanding of long-term athletic development principles
  • CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) strongly preferred

Who You Are

  • You lead by example and set a high standard for those around you.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • You take ownership and solve problems without being asked.
  • You are passionate about developing both athletes and coaches.
