Position

The Director of Advisor Productivity is a senior regional leadership role responsible for helping Rockefeller Global Family Office (RGFO) Private Advisors grow, operate more efficiently, and deliver an exceptional client experience. This individual serves as a strategic partner to Private Advisor teams, working closely with them to optimize their practices, leverage the full RGFO platform, and navigate periods of growth and transition.

This role sits at the nexus of Private Advisors and the broader firm, collaborating with Regional Leadership and cross-functional partners across Operations, Technology, Product, Legal, and Compliance to remove friction, drive productivity, and enable high-performing advisory businesses. Success in this role requires a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset focused on achieving optimal client outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Partner directly with Private Advisors and their teams to support practice management, capacity planning, and sustainable growth.
  • Act as a trusted resource for Private Advisors, helping to resolve business, client and operational challenges.
  • Maintain regular engagement with Private Advisors to ensure alignment, momentum, and progress towards goals.
  • Collaborate with regional leadership and internal partners to streamline workflows and optimize day-to-day operations.
  • Identify recurring challenges and help and drive practical, scalable solutions across the firm.
  • Support Private Advisors in navigating firm processes while upholding RGFO's high standards of client service, risk management and compliance.
  • Promote effective adoption of RGFO's technology, tools, and capabilities, service as an advocate for the Private Advisor experience. Partner with Recruiting and leadership on Advisor recruiting efforts and onboarding strategy.
  • Support pre and postonboarding engagement for new Advisor teams to ensure seamless integration into Rockefeller's operating model.
  • Assess team structures and growth readiness for prospective and existing Advisors.
  • Serve as a continuity partner during periods of transition, expansion, or organizational change.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in wealth management, advisor support, practice management, or a related leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of Advisor business models, growth strategies, and client service frameworks.
  • Proven ability to coach senior Advisors and influence without direct authority.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Operations, Technology, Product Legal, and Compliance teams.
  • Experience supporting Advisor onboarding, transitions, or M&A related integrations strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast paced, growth oriented environment.

Compensation Range

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $250,000 to $300,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
