Job Description

Endur Business Analyst (BA)

We are seeking a Sr. Endur Business Analyst with hands-on expertise building and configuring Endur and Power expertise. This role sits within the Front Office and requires strong proficiency in Deal modeling, deal capture/configuration, Trading module, Curve setup, and valuation. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry experience in Oil & Gas, Power, or Energy markets and a proven ability to deliver scalable Endur solutions in complex trading environments. Power is the preferred experience.

Your Impact:

  • Lead the analysis, design, and hands‑on build/configuration of Endur modules to support front-, middle-, and back-office workflows.
  • Work closely with Front Office teams to define and enhance processes related to Deal modeling, deal capture/configuration, Trading module, Curve setup, and valuation functionality.
  • Collaborate with Technology, Trading, and Risk stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional and technical Endur specifications.
  • Support system enhancements, upgrades, and new integration initiatives across trading, risk, and settlement systems.
  • Perform detailed data analysis, workflow mapping, gap analysis, and solution design.
  • Conduct testing (SIT/UAT), documentation, and user support for newly deployed Endur features.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Endur architecture, trade lifecycle, and energy trading market conventions.
Qualifications

Your Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of Endur experience, with direct experience building and configuring Endur especially on Trading manager and market manager.
  • Strong functional understanding of:
    • Credit
    • Trading
    • Risk
    • Collateral
    • Contracts
  • Experience working in Front and middle Office environments supporting trading, risk, P&L, and operational controls.
  • Proven ability to deliver end-to-end system enhancements in Endur, including design, configuration, testing, and documentation.
  • Strong understanding of the energy trading lifecycle across physical and financial commodities.

Industry Experience:

  • Power trading
  • Oil & Gas trading
  • Energy markets (physical & financial)

Preferred SkillsExcellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.

Pay Range: $160,000 - $190,000
