Director of Engineering, Embedded Software

The Director of Engineering, Embedded Software, will be a critical leader within our organization, responsible for the technical vision, strategic goals, and operational excellence of our embedded software development teams. This role requires a proven leader with deep expertise in embedded systems, a strong background in medical device development, and a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory landscape (e.g., IEC 62304). You will manage a team of talented embedded software engineers, oversee multiple client projects simultaneously, and serve as a key technical point of contact for our clients.ย 

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

ยทย  Technical Leadership and Strategy:
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Collaborate directly with clients to define and execute the technical strategy for embedded software development projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and client needs.
