Job description

Company Description AiriWheels, Inc. is an AI-native accounting and demand platform designed specifically for restaurants, helping operators cut costs and fill tables from a unified dataset. The platform’s autonomous back office runs on four AI “wheels”: Accounting AI, Margin by Dish AI, Inventory Management AI, and AiriHub. By replacing traditional tools with agentic AI that performs real back-office work and powers an operator-owned demand channel, AiriWheels creates a compounding cost-and-demand flywheel. The company sells B2B SaaS solutions to independent and multi-unit restaurant operators, is live with pilots in Boston, and is headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts.
Role Description As a Customer Solutions Intern at AiriWheels, you will support restaurant operators in adopting and using the AiriWheels platform effectively. On a day-to-day basis, you will assist with onboarding new customers, documenting requirements, and helping configure account settings under the guidance of senior team members. You will respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot basic issues, and escalate more complex problems to the appropriate internal stakeholders. You will contribute to knowledge base articles, process documentation, and user feedback reports that help improve product features and customer workflows. This is an internship role in a hybrid setup, based in Boston, MA, with a mix of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
  • Ability to learn and work with SaaS platforms, AI-powered tools, and basic data workflows to support customer use cases.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers, documenting needs, and collaborating with internal teams.
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple customer requests, prioritize tasks, and follow through on open issues.
  • Customer-centric mindset, with interest in restaurant operations, technology, or B2B solutions and a focus on delivering clear, helpful support.
  • Comfort with hybrid work (Boston, MA), including time on-site with teams and customers as well as independent work from home.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Hospitality, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, ticketing or CRM systems) is beneficial.
