Under the direction of E-Commerce andSalesleadership, the incumbent will lead theoperational and mediaefforts that drivesales revenueonretail.comand marketplacebusiness inNorth America.Experience working withretail.com and marketplaceonline channels such as The Home Depot, Lowe's, or Walmart isrequired.Wedesirealeader whohas astrong customer centric mindset, a willingness to disrupt and recommend processes to driveefficiencies andworks best withautonomy to makeinformed high-velocitydecisions.The incumbent must be comfortable and energetic to work with major retailersboth virtually and in-person.The incumbent is alsoresponsible for theplanningand execution of marketingstrategiesand campaigns that capture andnurturetargeting new and existingretail channel partnersandultimately drivesales to the Orbitand Gardena brand portfolio.These programs will be executed in partnership with agency relationships toaccelerateour Ecommerce growth initiatives.

  • Collaborateregularlywith thephysical retailNational Account Managers to drive the relationship and growth with the retail channel partner.

  • Overseesthe end-to-end creation and execution ofonline advertisingcampaign creation, developing the strategy, content and overseeing the execution of all campaigns and assets

  • Monitors,analyzes,andreportsmediacampaign performance

  • Evaluates andmaintainsbusinessmarketing strategy todrive our brand storyandtomake recommendations for improvementsin alignment with retail channel partners.

  • Develops, updates, and implements quarterly strategicmedia and promotionalplan with supporting budget

  • Collaborates with internal cross-functional business units such as Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Procurement partners.

  • Ability to define technical requirements for site,platformand technology projects, and lead direct and 3rdparty teams through cross-functional projects

  • Capable ofidentifyingkey drivers of suboptimal performance anddefineefforts and requirements to driveperformance improvements

  • Good organizational skillsincluding ability to manage projects in an efficient andtimelymanner

  • Ability to find, gather and collect information or data, evaluate information against a set of standards

  • Ability toobserve, measure, and evaluate outcomes against goals andobjectivesand direct the development and implementation of solutions,and organizational changes

  • Ability to communicate and understand information and ideas clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing

  • Strong e-commerce skills, including the ability to drive engagement and purchase behavior

Requirements:

  • Experience with Hardlines consumer goodsrequired, preferred experience working in home improvement or gardening product family but notrequired

  • Delivers results with little supervision. A wide degree of creativityand think-big approach isrequired.

  • Generally,3-7years of experiencein related roles

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field from an accredited university,or an equivalent combination of education and experience
