The eCommerce Channel Manager is responsible for executing and evolving Kimberly-Clark Professional’s eCommerce Playbook with targeted strategic partners to drive omni-channel growth, elevate customer partnerships, and create a sustainable competitive advantage in this fast-growing channel. Reporting to the eCommerce Director, this role is the subject matter expert that leads targeted teams and partners in delivering best-in-class digital shelf performance that drives growth across all channels.

This role works in close partnership with Kimberly Clark Professional Channel Managers, Customer Marketing Managers, and the Digital Sales team to integrate eCommerce strategies into customer Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and drive measurable value creation. The eCommerce Channel Manager is also responsible for building internal and external eCommerce capability by sharing best practices, tools, and insights.By leveraging Kimberly-Clark Professional’s portfolio of analytics, tools, and digital shelf insights, this role makes data-driven recommendations to customers across assortment, content, pricing, search, and digital marketing to accelerate growth and improve conversion.

About You

Job responsibilities include:

  • Accountable to drive millions of dollars in annualized value creation by leveraging eCommerce playbook with targeted partners with combined scope of revenue over $100MM in sales.
  • Own relationship with eCommerce team of targeted partners to improve digital shelf performance across assortment optimization, content enhancements, site search optimization (SSO), pricing strategies, and digital marketing execution. This includes leading monthly eCommerce sessions to present insights, gain alignment on priorities and project manage key initiatives.
  • Own integrating eCommerce growth strategies into customer Joint Business Plans and influencing senior leaders at targeted partners during JBP sessions.
  • Develop Best Practices to grow business and owns integrating best practices into scalable tools and frameworks. They also are responsible for sharing these best practices directly with Channel Managers, Customer Marketing and Digital Sales.
  • Utilize analytics and digital shelf insights to identify opportunities, prioritize actions, and measure results.
  • Deliver customer-facing recommendations and presentations that clearly articulate performance drivers, opportunities, and ROI.
  • Partner with the Commercial Capability team to continuously improve the eCommerce Playbook, build training material and drive organizational capability development.
  • Success Measures:
  • Achievement of eCommerce growth targets and value creation objectives with priority partners.
  • Improved digital shelf performance metrics including availability, content quality, search visibility, and conversion.
  • Successful integration of eCommerce strategies into Joint Business Plans.
  • Increased eCommerce capability across internal teams and customers.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field required; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years overall experience and 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital sales, customer marketing, or commercial execution.
  • Proven proficiency executing eCommerce playbooks including assortment, content, site search optimization, pricing strategies, and digital marketing.
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent collaboration, influencing, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, analytics, and commercial capability teams.
  • Strong sales management mindset with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Highly organized, results-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
