Position Information
Position Overview
We're looking for a Digital Revenue Director to own and scale our digital growth engine. This is an individual contributor role. You will be responsible for driving cost-efficient lead acquisition while also owning direct digital revenue generated through online programs.
This role has two key KPIs: managing and optimizing cost-per-acquisition metrics and carrying a revenue number for digital programs. This role is designed for someone who thinks like an operator: balancing growth, efficiency, and monetization across digital channels.
This is a hands-on role. You will report to the VP, MissionCare and lead the strategy and execution of paid and organic digital programs, optimizing the full funnel-from traffic to conversion to revenue-without reliance of a team. This role is suited for someone that loves strategy and execution. You'll be presenting strategies and ideas alongside optimizing campaigns and partners with tech, product, and partners to achieve goals.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for adhering to all HealthStream security policies, procedures, and assigned training.
Digital Acquisition

• Own and optimize B2C cost-per-acquisition (CPA) across all paid and organic channels
• Scale high-performing channels (Google, Meta, programmatic, affiliates, etc.)
• Test and launch new acquisition strategies and growth experiments

Digital Revenue (Self-Serve & Online Sales)

• Own all revenue generated through digital programs without a sales rep (e.g. on product revenue, online affiliates, etc)
• Optimize conversion funnels, landing pages, and checkout experiences
• Partner with product and marketing to increase conversion rates and average order value
• Shape and scale the digital revenue engine of a rapidly growing platform

Growth & Performance

• Build and manage a repeatable, scalable B2C lead generation engine
• Establish clear KPIs across the funnel: traffic, leads, conversion, revenue
• Continuously optimize for both growth and efficiency
• Partner with B2B to optimize B2B campaigns
• Be a key driver of growth for myCNAjobs, the nation's largest network of caregivers

Analytics & Optimization

• Own performance reporting and insights across all digital channels
• Use data to inform budget allocation, channel strategy, and experimentation
• Develop attribution models to understand true ROI

Requirements

• Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• A digital operator, not just a marketer-you've owned revenue or pipeline tied directly to digital programs
• 8+ years experience in paid acquisition and performance marketing with demonstrated results (previous job board experience is a plus)
• Proven track record of driving revenue or large-scale acquisition through online lead generation programs
• Strong understanding of conversion optimization, funnels, and digital monetization
• Highly analytical and comfortable making decisions based on data
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment
• Experience in the jobs, marketplace, or lead generation space (highly valued)
• Background in high-volume consumer acquisition or two-sided marketplaces
• Experience scaling digital programs with direct revenue accountability

• Solid computer skills- Office Suite

Compensation
The salary for this position is $90,000 plus quarterly bonuses.
