Position Summary:

As the Digital Marketing Manager at Meadows Behavioral Health (MBH), you will support the development and execution of integrated digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and patient acquisition across the organization. This role has primary responsibility for social media strategy and management, overseeing content planning, community engagement, platform growth, social advertising, and the creation of compelling content that strengthens the MBH brand. In collaboration with the Marketing Director and Marketing team members, you will manage key digital marketing channels including paid media, email marketing, marketing automation, and digital campaigns, ensuring all efforts are aligned with organizational objectives and performance goals. Working closely with facility leaders, clinicians, and subject matter experts, you will identify and amplify meaningful stories, insights, and expertise through engaging social content, video, email communications, and digital advertising. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, combining strong digital marketing expertise with content creation, analytics, and a passion for telling stories that connect with and inspire audiences. 

Essential Job Functions:

Digital Marketing Strategy 

  • Support the development and execution of integrated digital marketing strategies that align with MBH's organizational goals, drive brand awareness, strengthen audience engagement, and support patient acquisition across digital channels.  

Social Media Management 

  • Manage MBH's social media presence across multiple platforms, including content planning, publishing, community engagement, audience growth, and platform optimization. Ensure social media efforts reflect brand standards and support broader marketing objectives.  

Content Creation 

  • Develop compelling written, visual, and video content tailored to diverse audiences and digital platforms. Collaborate with clinicians, leaders, and subject matter experts to transform complex topics into engaging and accessible content.  

Paid Media Management 

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across social media and other digital platforms. Manage audience targeting, budget allocation, campaign performance, and ongoing optimization to maximize results.  

Campaign Management 

  • Coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, paid media, and other digital channels. Monitor performance and adjust strategies to improve effectiveness and achieve campaign goals.  

Community Engagement 

  • Foster meaningful engagement with online audiences by monitoring conversations, responding appropriately to comments and inquiries, and supporting positive brand experiences across digital channels.  

Analytics & Reporting 

  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators across social media, email marketing, paid media, and digital campaigns. Leverage data and insights to inform strategy, optimize performance, and support decision-making.  

Trend Awareness & Innovation 

  • Stay informed on emerging digital marketing trends, platform updates, content formats, and industry best practices. Identify opportunities to enhance MBH's digital presence and improve audience engagement.  

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Partner with internal stakeholders, including clinical leaders, facility teams, business development, admissions, and executive leadership, to ensure digital marketing initiatives support organizational priorities and communicate a consistent brand message.  

Project Management 

  • Manage multiple projects, campaigns, content calendars, and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail, quality, and alignment with strategic objectives. 

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.  

  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, or related fields.  

  • Proven experience developing and executing integrated digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, audience engagement, lead generation, and business objectives.  

  • Demonstrated success managing organic social media channels, including content strategy, community engagement, audience growth, and performance optimization across multiple platforms.  

  • Experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns, including social media advertising, audience targeting, budget management, campaign optimization, and performance reporting.  

  • Experience developing and executing email marketing campaigns and marketing automation initiatives, including audience segmentation, journey development, and performance analysis.  

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics, reporting, and campaign measurement, with experience using data and insights to optimize performance and inform strategy.  

  • Proficiency with social media management, email marketing, and digital analytics platforms (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar tools).  

  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content tailored to diverse audiences and platforms.  

  • Experience creating and editing social media graphics, digital marketing assets, and short-form video content using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar platforms.  

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with clinicians, executives, facility leaders, and subject matter experts to translate complex topics into compelling and accessible content.  

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and campaigns simultaneously.  

  • Highly creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.  

  • Knowledge of behavioral healthcare, healthcare marketing, or other regulated industries is preferred.  

  • Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and lead nurturing strategies is preferred.
