Job description

Essential Functions:

Provides management with planning and control information by assembling and analyzing financial data; developing and maintaining financial models; providing forecasts; explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions; providing information on results against targets. Establishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; developing a site-level annual operating budget. Evaluates projected financial results of undertaking new projects by analyzing capital expenditure proposals, including new and raze & rebuild site development and new site acquisitions; recommending courses of action. Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and results. Interpret and explain results to Senior Management. Oversee the management of contract vendors including Fleet Vehicles, and other miscellaneous vendors. Ensures compliance with requirements, policies and regulations by enforcing adherence to corporate systems, policies and governmental regulations; advising management on needed actions. Ensure that internal controls are in place to safeguard assets. Complies with federal, state and local legal requirements by studying and reviewing existing and new laws; auditing and enforcing adherence to requirements; rendering opinions; advising management on needed actions. Forecasts return on investment results; assists in preparation, monitoring and deployment of capital expenditure budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances including post implementation reviews; initiating corrective action. Provide leadership to the Finance Team staff. This includes recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reading professional publications; establishing personal networks; or participating in professional societies. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. As part of the Division Management Team, the Director of Finance provides input and recommendations to lead the Division to accomplish its goals. Increases professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reading professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing Financial and Key Result Area targets pursuant to Company plan guidelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field preferred. Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may be substituted.

10+ years' experience or more preferred, including 3 years of management responsibility.

Experience with LongView budget/consolidation tool and PD.

Must be computer literate in MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
