As a Project- Analytics and Insights Engineer III on the AI & Engineering team, you will be responsible for...
  • Supporting delivery across the AI Ready Workforce and AI Governance, Testing, and Evaluation workstreams by tracking tasks, coordinating stakeholders, and helping keep deliverables on schedule
  • Drafting client-ready artifacts, including briefings, playbooks, roll-out assets, and other program materials
  • Supporting the creation of AI test environments and AI Impact Assessments for priority use cases
  • Assisting with testing methodology documentation to help align high-impact AI use cases with client policies and directives
  • Facilitating working sessions, capturing actions and decisions, and translating stakeholder input into usable work products

Qualifications
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Active High Risk (Tier 4) Public Trust security clearance
  • 2+ years of experience in change management, dashboarding, and facilitating work sessions
  • 2+ years of experience in AI governance, including creation of AI test environments, AI Impact Assessments, and testing methodology documentation
  • 1+ year of experience with at least one of the following tools: Coder, n8n, Python, or Power BI
  • Ability to work on-site in Rosslyn, VA, 2-4 days per week
  • Ability to travel 5-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
  • Experience supporting federal, state, local government, or higher education clients
  • Experience developing client briefings, playbooks, or roll-out assets
  • Experience coordinating stakeholder working sessions and documenting actions and decisions
  • Experience supporting AI workforce readiness, AI governance, or AI evaluation initiatives
