Senior Software Engineer Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in a unique remote contracting opportunity. In this role, you will leverage your advanced engineering expertise to help train next‑generation AI systems by creating sophisticated Reinforcement Learning Environments that test AI models' ability to solve complex software engineering problems.

This is a high‑impact opportunity to directly shape how AI systems learn, reason, and perform through your domain expertise and real‑world problem‑solving skills. No prior AI experience is required; your software engineering excellence is what matters most.

  • Job Title: Senior Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop Reinforcement Learning Environments that test AI models on complex software engineering challenges
