Position Summaryย 

Asย Associateย Director,ย Data Management & Visualization,ย you will be pivotal in managing theย E2E dataย and visualizationย process including collection, aggregation,ย QA,ย processingย and visualizationย for a major client while also serving as a consultant to allย Omnicom Mediaย stakeholders. In addition to managing the day-to-dayย data and visualizationย needs of internal and external clients, this role will be managing a high functioning team of managersย and/or analysts/sr. analysts.ย 

Key Responsibilitiesย 

New Business Setup:ย 

  • Work closely with leadership to lead setup from scratch for new accounts/businesses, including systems, processes, and data flow design. Assume full accountability for delivery, quality, and client satisfaction.ย 

Data Migrations:ย 

  • Manage and execute large-scale data migration projects and comparable complex assignments.ย 

Consistent Processes:ย 

  • Incorporate consistent processes and best practices across Mediabrands clients.ย 

Campaign Naming Conventions:ย 

  • Define and ensure adoption of consistent campaign naming structures across platforms and reporting environments.ย 

Data Integration:ย 

  • Prepare and integrate outside datasets, including first-party and non-standard digital inputs, into analytics workflows.ย 

Data Quality & Anomaly Detection:ย 

  • Implement QA processes and anomaly detection to safeguard data integrity across all deliverables.ย 

Leadership Skills andย Stakeholder Management:ย ย 

  • Engage with senior clients, internal leaders, and cross-functional teams to driveย adoptionย of data solutions.ย 
  • Ensure quality work output from onshore/offshore teamsย 

Media Platform Knowledge:ย 

  • Campaign Management: CM360, DSPs.ย 
  • Social: Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X.ย 
  • Search: SA360, Bing, Google Ads.ย 

ย Required Skillsย 

Technical Skills:ย 

  • Goodย understanding of end-to-end data flow, APIs, databases, and BI tools.ย 
  • Visualization and dashboard creation experience; Tableau preferred.ย 
  • Strong BI tool skills (Alteryx, Power BI, KNIME, etc.); Tableau Prep preferred.ย 
  • Database experience (Snowflake preferred).ย 
  • Understanding of taxonomy creation and executionย 

Media Platform Knowledge:ย 

  • Campaign Management: CM360, DSPs.ย 
  • Social: Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X.ย 
  • Search: SA360, Bing, Google Ads.ย 

Leadership Skills:ย 

  • Proven experience inย management of multiple team membersย 
  • Ability to provide feedback & guidance in a constructive manner to direct reportsย 
  • Demonstrate collaboration, including ability to drive clarity in a multi-stakeholder environmentย 

Desired Skills & Experienceย 

  • 4+ years of experience in agency or client-side digital media planning or media analyticsย 
  • Presentation development and deliveryย 
  • Strong written and verbal communicationย 
  • Ability to engage, develop, and give feedback to drive success of colleagues not reporting to you directlyย
