The Opportunity
As an AI & GenAI Data Scientist - Senior Manager, you will focus on utilizing advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision-making. Within our Data and Analytics practice, you will leverage skills in data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling to support clients in solving complex business problems. As a Senior Manager, you will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate. You will motivate and coach others, fostering collaboration to address intricate challenges. Your ability to develop and sustain diverse and inclusive teams contributes to the success of our firm.
In this role at PwC, you will grow as a strategic advisor, leveraging your influence and professional network to deliver quality results. You will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities. Responsibilities
- Leading data analysis initiatives to extract insights and drive data-driven decision-making for clients
- Utilizing advanced analytics techniques and tools such as Python, Power BI, and Tableau to optimize client operations
- Developing and implementing data models and predictive analytics to solve complex business problems
- Managing and guiding teams in the creation and maintenance of data pipelines and data warehouses
- Overseeing the integration and validation of large datasets to validate data quality and integrity
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story through data visualization
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within client data
- Directing teams through complex and ambiguous situations, maintaining composure and focus
- Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to develop high-performing, diverse teams
- Validating outcomes with clients, sharing alternative perspectives, and acting on client feedback
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Finance
- At least one of the following: a Certification in databases (Databricks, MS SQL), visualization tools (Power BI), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or predictive modeling/ML (Python, SAS)
- Demonstrating advanced skills in data analysis and machine learning
- Utilizing strategic thinking to drive AI-driven automation solutions
- Leading complex data science projects with a focus on innovation
- Excelling in crafting and conveying impactful, engaging messages

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
