The Opportunity
As a Finance Data and AI Manager, you will play a pivotal role within our Finance practice, specializing in consulting services related to financial management and strategy. You will analyze client needs, develop financial solutions, and provide guidance to help clients optimize their financial performance and achieve their goals. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success, maintaining standards, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will leverage your business knowledge to identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm, embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery.
In this role at PwC, you will focus on enterprise performance management, helping clients improve their financial performance and decision-making processes. You will analyze financial data, develop performance metrics, and design performance management frameworks. Your responsibilities will include providing guidance on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to drive operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives. You are expected to uphold professional standards and contribute to the firm's purpose and values, articulating them in a meaningful way.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing financial data to develop performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for clients
- Designing and implementing performance management frameworks to enhance financial decision-making processes
- Providing guidance on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to drive operational efficiency
- Leading teams in the development of financial solutions that optimize client financial performance
- Utilizing financial management software to conduct complex data analysis and generate data-driven insights

- Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their skills in financial analysis and management
- Conducting financial forecasting and modeling to support strategic objectives and decision-making
- Developing and overseeing the deployment of data visualization solutions to improve financial reporting
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
