Tableau CRM Analytics Engineer

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid – Tuesday to Thursday in office) Duration: Contract

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Data Integration and Preparation: Connect Tableau CRM to various data sources (Salesforce and external databases). Perform data cleaning, transformation, and preparation for analysis.
  • Dashboard and Report Development: Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights. Utilize Tableau CRM features like lenses, dashboards, and datasets effectively.
  • Customization and Configuration: Customize Tableau CRM applications to meet business requirements. Configure user permissions and data security settings within Tableau CRM.
  • User Training and Support: Provide training to end-users on how to use Tableau CRM tools and dashboards. Offer ongoing support and troubleshoot issues related to dashboard performance or data accuracy.
