Director of Product Management, Clinical Data & Integrations

Prenuvo

Portland, OR โ€ข Remote

$247K - $258K/yr

Full-time

Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement

Job description

About Us

At Prenuvo, we are on a mission to flip the paradigm from reactive "sick-care" to proactive health care. Our award-winning whole body scan is fast (under 1 hour), safe (MRI has no ionizing radiation), and non-invasive (no contrast). Our unique integrated stack of optimized hardware, software, and increasingly AI, coupled with the patient-centric experience across our domestic and global clinics, have allowed us to lead the change against "we caught it too late again".

We are hiring a Director of Product Management, Clinical Data & Integrations to define and build Prenuvo's product strategy for external health data and interoperability.

This is a hands-on Director role. You will not inherit a large PM team. You will personally drive product strategy, discovery, prioritization, partner evaluation, and execution while creating the foundation for a broader product area over time.

Your job is to ensure that partnerships and integrations become reusable product capabilities rather than one-off technical connections.

This role does not provide visa sponsorship. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and must not require employer sponsorship for a work visa (current or future).

Help reshape the world through proactive healthcare while working with cutting-edge technology and high performing teams with deep expertise - join us to make a difference in people's lives!

What You'll Do

  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for incorporating clinical, laboratory, proteomic, and consumer-health data into Prenuvo.
  • Determine which external data sources and use cases create sufficient patient and business value to warrant investment.
  • Establish product principles for how external data contributes to Prenuvo's longitudinal health record and how data is shared across the ecosystem.
  • Lead the strategy and execution of blood, laboratory, and proteomics integrations alongside key partners
  • Partner with Clinical teams to ensure external results are interpreted, contextualized, and surfaced responsibly to improve patient insights and guidance.
  • Define Prenuvo's consumer-health integration strategy across wearable, sleep, activity, cardiovascular, and other connected-health platforms.
  • Establish scalable capabilities for ingesting, normalizing, and applying consumer-health signals to personalization, monitoring, and next-best actions.
  • Partner with Data, Engineering, and AI teams to build a coherent longitudinal patient record spanning imaging, laboratory, clinical, and consumer data.
  • Define requirements for identity resolution, normalization, provenance, data quality, clinical meaning, and temporal context.
  • Build reusable interoperability and data-exchange capabilities—including APIs, FHIR, and HL7 patterns—that reduce the cost and complexity of future integrations.
  • Partner with Privacy, Legal, Security, Clinical, and Engineering to create intuitive, rigorous consent and data-sharing experiences that put patients in control.
  • Evaluate and shape prospective partnerships based on patient value, data quality, integration complexity, scalability, strategic fit, and differentiation.

What You'll Bring

  • 10+ years of Product Management experience, including significant ownership of complex technical or platform products.
  • Deep experience building products involving healthcare or clinical data. Healthcare-data experience is required for this role.
  • Experience delivering integrations across multiple organizations, systems, or data providers.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, data platforms, schemas, identity, data quality, and integration architecture from a product perspective.
  • Experience with healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR, HL7, or related clinical-data exchange patterns is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with laboratory data, EHR data, diagnostics, genomics/proteomics, remote monitoring, wearable data, or adjacent modalities is highly valuable.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex clinical or technical capabilities into compelling patient or user value.
  • Experience working alongside Clinical, Engineering, Data, Security, Privacy, Legal, and partnership teams.
  • Strong partner-evaluation and strategic judgment.
  • Experience defining platform capabilities rather than repeatedly building bespoke integrations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • A willingness to operate as a highly hands-on senior product leader while the product area and team are being built.

Our Values

First: we are Pioneers

  • Transforming healthcare requires divergent thinking, bias for action, disciplined experimentation, and consistent grit and determination to maintain momentum. This journey is as challenging as it is rewarding.

Second: we are Platform-Builders

  • We're always building foundations that allow us to achieve tomorrow more than we did today. We never lose sight of what's ahead – in a mindset of ownership and duty to our mission.

Above all: we are Patients

  • We could all be the next person who walks through our very doors, seeking clarity or peace of mind. We are proud of our impact on our patients' lives, and we won't stop till everyone can benefit from our work.

What We Offer

  • An avenue to make a positive impact on people's lives and their health
  • We believe in preventative healthcare for everyone, including our team - Prenuvo provides free, whole-body scans to each team member
  • Growth opportunities are at the heart of our people journey, we're doing big things with bright minds - there is no single path to success, it can be shaped along the way
  • Building strong relationships is at the core of everything we do - our team gets together each week to connect, share, and socialize
  • Recognizing time away to restore is vital to our wellbeing - we have a flexible vacation policy and we will encourage you to use it
  • We now offer the Prenuvo's Commuter Benefits Plan to help cover your transit and parking costs. Whether you ride, drive, or park, we've got you covered—making your commute easier and more affordable!
  • Retirement made easy! We offer a 401(k) plan to our US employees to  help you save for the future, with company contributions to support your financial goals. Plan for tomorrow while you grow with us today!
  • We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, including Mental Health coverage, to support you and your family
  • The base salary for this role ranges from $210,000-$225,000 in local currency, depending upon experience and geographic location

We are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

As part of the hiring process, successful candidates will undergo a background check in compliance to applicable federal, provincial, and state rules.
