About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead RF Engineer to join our cutting-edge aerospace and defense engineering team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and testing of advanced radio frequency (RF) systems supporting mission-critical applications. You’ll troubleshoot complex RF configurations, perform system modeling, and collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver next-generation solutions.

This is a hands-on leadership role offering significant growth potential and the opportunity to make an impact in national defense technology.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and testing of RF systems from concept to deployment.

  • Perform advanced analysis and modeling of RF and communication systems.

  • Drive innovative solutions to complex RF problems, developing and implementing requirements.

  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing insight and design modifications based on analytical outcomes.

  • Identify program-level technical risks and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Lead prototyping efforts, ensuring state-of-the-art system development and performance optimization.


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • 7–10+ years of hands-on experience in RF or Communications Engineering.

  • Deep understanding of RF systems, electromagnetic principles, and digital baseband processing.

  • Proficiency in RF simulation tools, digital signal processing algorithms, and prototyping methodologies.

  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

  • U.S. Citizenship with active Secret Clearance (Top Secret preferred).
