Your work will directly shape how the firm communicates its brand, values, and business priorities to the world — at scale, with precision, and with measurable impact.

Job responsibilities

  • Define and execute the long-term strategy for JPMorganChase's corporate web presence, aligning platform capabilities, content operations, and stakeholder priorities to firm-wide business objectives
  • Lead and develop a high-performing, cross-functional team responsible for content production, platform operations, digital delivery, and operational governance across enterprise web channels
  • Oversee enterprise web content management platform operations, including component and template governance, publishing workflows, production support, and release management in partnership with technology teams
  • Drive governance frameworks for enterprise web publishing, including intake models, prioritization rules, quality assurance controls, release standards, and escalation paths across a complex stakeholder environment
  • Partner with technology, cybersecurity, and platform engineering teams to ensure site reliability, performance optimization, defect resolution, and production readiness across all corporate web properties
  • Champion digital best practices across accessibility, search engine optimization, site performance, analytics, user experience, and brand consistency to deliver high-quality, compliant web experiences
  • Establish and evolve analytics and performance reporting capabilities to measure content effectiveness, site health, and delivery outcomes — translating insights into actionable improvements
  • Lead the team through transformation initiatives, including workflow automation, process improvement, and adoption of AI-assisted delivery practices that accelerate production and improve quality
  • Communicate clearly and persuasively with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders, presenting strategic recommendations, managing tradeoffs, and driving alignment across the organization
  • Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high bar for quality, controls, and stakeholder confidence

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Formal training or certification on Corporate Website / Digital Leadership concepts and 10+ years applied experience
  • Demonstrated experience leading corporate website, digital marketing, or enterprise content management teams within a large, complex organization
  • Hands-on or leadership experience with Adobe Experience Manager or a comparable enterprise content management / web content management platform
  • Proven ability to develop and implement governance frameworks for enterprise web publishing, including intake models, prioritization rules, release standards, quality assurance controls, and escalation processes
  • Strong understanding of digital analytics and performance reporting, with experience measuring content effectiveness and translating data into strategic decisions
  • Experience leading accessibility, search engine optimization, site performance, and content quality programs across large-scale web ecosystems
  • Demonstrated success improving delivery speed, reducing operational friction, strengthening controls, and increasing stakeholder satisfaction across digital production teams
  • Advanced executive communication and presentation skills, with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving consensus across functions
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with experience mentoring senior teams and fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Familiarity with AI-enabled content operations, workflow automation, digital production assistants, quality assurance tooling, and delivery acceleration practices
  • Experience building or scaling an internal agency-style operating model for digital content production, platform execution, and stakeholder service delivery
