Job description

Location & Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid position based in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area and requires regular in-office attendance.


Through October 2026, employees are expected to work onsite at EWN's current headquarters in Decatur, Texas, 1 to 3 days per week as required to support training, collaboration, coaching, decision-making, and business outcomes.


EWN's headquarters will be relocating to 1301 Solana Blvd, Westlake, TX 76262, Suite 1100, with an estimated date of November 1, 2026. Employees will work onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work available on Mondays and Fridays. Regular onsite participation is an essential function of this role.


Relocation assistance is not provided.


Compensation

  • $43,696 - $50,000 (Level and starting compensation will be determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.)

About the Role

We are seeking a customer-focused and solutions-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels while delivering a positive customer experience.
  • Assist customers with account access, system navigation, product questions, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Investigate customer issues, gather relevant information, and resolve or escalate concerns as appropriate.
  • Document customer interactions, support activities, and issue resolution efforts within designated systems.
  • Educate customers on available features, functionality, and resources to support successful platform usage.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and provide timely follow-up.
  • Maintain accuracy while managing multiple customer requests and competing priorities.
  • Identify customer needs and route opportunities or concerns to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by sharing feedback and identifying recurring customer issues.


What You'll Bring

Required Skills & Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least six (6) months of customer service, technical support, sales support, or other customer-facing experience.
  • Experience using computers, web-based applications, Microsoft Office, or similar business systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of customer service.


Preferred Skills & Experience
