A Director of Cultivation oversees all aspects of plant production and cultivation operations, typically within the cannabis, horticulture, or agriculture industries. To thrive as a Director of Cultivation, you need in-depth knowledge of horticulture, plant biology, and large-scale agricultural operations, often supported by a degree in agronomy or a related field.
