This role combines technical development, campaign execution, and quality assurance to deliver personalized customer experiences that drive engagement and revenue. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable coding responsive emails, working within an enterprise marketing platform, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with marketing and creative teams to bring campaigns to life.

  • Execute comprehensive quality assurance testing to ensure accuracy, functionality, and alignment with campaign requirements before deployment.
  • Design, develop, test, and optimize dynamic content and triggered customer journeys.
  • Collaborate with platform vendors and technical teams to integrate data feeds into email templates and automated campaigns.
  • Support the CRM team in building mobile-optimized campaigns and enhancing customer experiences across digital channels.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Creative, Analytics, and Technology to ensure successful campaign execution.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2+ years of experience in email development, CRM, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience developing and deploying responsive email campaigns within an enterprise email service provider platform.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in HTML and inline CSS required.
  • Experience with AMPscript, dynamic content, and personalization technologies preferred.
  • Ability to create schema markup (JSON-LD) and implement campaign tracking requirements.
  • Experience integrating customer data and audience segmentation into marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with mobile-responsive design principles and email best practices.
  • Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.

Competencies & Attributes

  • Customer Focused Partner – understands customer needs and develops personalized experiences that enhance engagement and loyalty.
  • Effective Communicator – works effectively with creative, marketing, technical, and vendor teams to deliver successful campaigns.
