Are you a CRM manager/Lifecycle marketing manager looking for your next step in a fast-paced, global sports business? About the Role 

Reporting into the Senior CRM Manager, this role will focus on Boxing across the US and international Growth Markets. 

You will take ownership of end-to-end CRM campaign delivery, supporting key fight nights, PPV events and broader lifecycle activity. The role requires confidence working across segmentation, personalisation, copywriting, creative briefing and optimisation, alongside a strong commercial mindset. 
While the role is based in the US, you will work closely with teams across the UK and Europe, collaborating with stakeholders across product, content, data and analytics to deliver best-in-class CRM experiences for boxing fans around the world. 
An understanding of American sports culture, fandom and fan behaviour is highly valuable, enabling you to create communications that resonate authentically with US audiences while aligning to DAZN's global CRM strategy. A creative flair, attention to detail and passion for testing and optimisation will be key to success. 

No two days look the same, and you'll be at the heart of some of the biggest moments in the boxing calendar, helping shape how fans experience DAZN.
Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000
  • Build and deliver multi-channel CRM campaigns supporting boxing schedules, driving revenue, upgrades, retention and subscriber growth. 
  • Own CRM activity across key events including fight schedules, major bouts, PPV campaigns and always-on lifecycle programmes. 
  • Drive personalisation and advanced segmentation to maximise relevance, engagement and conversion. 
  • Lead creative briefing and coordination, producing compelling CRM communications that resonate with fight fans. 
  • Champion a test-and-learn culture, continuously optimising CRM creative, copy, cadence and targeting. 
  • Report on campaign performance, identifying insights and opportunities to improve commercial outcomes. 
  • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment. 
  • Work cross-functionally with product, content, data and analytics teams across international markets. 
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and operate effectively within a global matrix organisation. 
  • 2+ years' experience in a CRM role 
  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end CRM campaigns in a commercial environment. 
  • Strong copywriting skills with an eye for creative detail and audience relevance. 
  • Confidence working across segmentation, personalisation and CRM lifecycle activity. 
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting. 
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to delivering results. 
  • Ability and willingness to work closely with UK and European teams.
