Preferred Technical: Azure Virtual Desktop & Site Recovery, Azure Backup, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune & Defender, Veeam Backup & Replication, Datto BCDR, Fortinet, SonicWall, Cisco, Meraki, Ubiquiti, Dell, Synology, NetApp, HPE, ConnectWise Manage & Automate, PowerShell.

As the Hosting & Infrastructure Admin, you'll be responsible for the administration, security, availability, and performance of enterprise hosting and infrastructure environments. Work across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments while serving as a technical leader for complex client infrastructure, projects, escalations, and modernization initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Design, implement, maintain secure, scalable, and highly available infrastructure environments.
  • Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and IIS.
  • Manage VMware vSphere environments, storage platforms, and virtualization infrastructure.
  • Deploy and manage Microsoft Azure & 365 environments and support hybrid cloud solutions.
  • Design, troubleshoot firewalls, routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, wireless, and network security.
  • Manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
  • Lead server, storage, networking, cloud, and infrastructure implementation projects.
  • Serve as the highest escalation point for complex server, networking, virtualization, cloud issues.
  • Perform root cause analysis, vulnerability remediation, system hardening, infrastructure tuning.
  • Develop PowerShell automation and standardize infrastructure configurations and processes.
  • Maintain infrastructure documentation, network diagrams, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams during projects and critical incidents.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to critical infrastructure incidents.

What You'll Bring

  • 7+ years of systems engineering/infrastructure admin and 3+ years of MSP experience.
  • Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, PowerShell, VMware, VSphere.
  • Strong networking knowledge across routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, and wireless.
  • Experience with MS Azure & 365, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
  • Troubleshooting, analytical, project management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple client environments and complex technical projects.
  • Ability to occasionally travel between company locations and participate in on-call support.
