Job Description
As a Creeler in a manufacturing environment, you will support the production process by loading, threading, and monitoring yarn or cord packages on creeling equipment. You will help maintain a continuous supply of material to production machinery while checking for proper setup, tension, and material flow. This role requires attention to detail, safe material handling, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will also assist with housekeeping and report equipment or quality concerns to the appropriate team member.
Responsibilities:
  • Load, replace, and position yarn or cord packages on creels according to production requirements.
  • Thread material through guides and equipment while maintaining proper routing, tension, and continuous material flow.
  • Monitor materials and creeling equipment for breaks, tangles, defects, or other production issues and make routine corrections as trained.
  • Follow safety, quality, and housekeeping procedures while communicating equipment or material concerns to production leadership.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Previous manufacturing, textile, , creeling, machine operation, or related production experience preferred.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform repetitive material-handling tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
  • Dependable attendance, attention to detail, and willingness to work in a fast-paced team environment.
