Position Details:

  • Shift: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Days: Monday through Friday

This Medmax Credit Account Analyst opportunity is a full-time hybrid position requiring on-site work in Clearwater, FL and work from home. This team member will be required to work onsite in Clearwater for 1 week every 8 weeks. Team members must reside in Florida.
Responsibilities:
The Medmax Credit Account Analyst is responsible for accurately entering data and updating Medmax Credit card holder's accounts providing superior customer service while maintaining high standards of excellence mandated by MedMax Credit and Clients. The Medmax Credit Account Analyst has understanding of all appropriate policies and procedures, a basic knowledge of The Credit Card Act and provide follow up on the accounts that do not meet the MedMax Credit card guidelines. The Medmax Credit Account Analyst must perform all duties in direct compliance with the FDIC Truth in Lending Act and Credit Card Act of 2009 and within client specific guidelines established by MedMax Credit.
