Role Overview:
We are seeking a Product Manager, Site Experience to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of our eCommerce site experience. You will work cross-functionally with design, engineering, analytics, and marketing teams to enhance usability, performance, and conversion rates. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer experience, data-driven decision-making, and driving measurable impact through site improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Manager, Site Experience
  • Develop and execute the product roadmap for site experience, focusing on user engagement, navigation, and conversion optimization.
  • Lead A/B testing and experimentation to enhance UX/UI and overall site performance.
  • Manage roadmap for platform shopping tools related to site experience.
  • Collaborate with UX designers and engineers to implement features that improve customer journey and usability.
  • Analyze user behavior, site analytics, and customer feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Ensure a seamless, mobile-first experience while optimizing performance across all devices.
  • Partner with marketing and merchandising teams to support promotional initiatives and campaign execution on-site.
  • Manage backlog and prioritize initiatives based on business impact and customer needs.
  • Monitor and improve key site performance metrics, including bounce rates, session duration, and checkout completion rates.

Qualifications:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in eCommerce or digital experiences.

  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, site personalization, and conversion rate optimization.
