  • Own the strategy to improve funnel conversion and repeat shopping behavior
  • Analyze funnel performance (traffic, conversion, frequency, retention) to identify gaps and opportunities
  • Partner with Marketing, Membership, Product, and Analytics teams to drive acquisition and engagement strategies
  • Develop initiatives to increase first-time online purchases and reduce friction in the shopping journey
