By integrating Generative AI and intelligent search capabilities, we aim to create a seamless, personalized experience that helps both patients and healthcare professionals access relevant, high-quality information effortlessly.
WebMD Ignite is the engine behind the Digital Front Door for the nation's leading hospitals and payers. We don't just build websites; we create the first impression of the healthcare system for millions of patients and families. Our work matters-by driving personalized experiences in the moments that matter, we revolutionize how patients navigate, find, and receive care.
We are seeking a Digital Health Product Manager to bridge the gap between technology and healthcare. The Role
You will turn market insights into user-friendly, compliant solutions, ensuring that when a family needs care, our platforms make the journey seamless and intuitive. This role requires a blend of technical skill, business acumen, and a deep commitment to digital transformation.
A key focus of this role is integrating AI to optimize the healthcare marketer journey. You will lead the charge in leveraging AI-driven generation, web page creation, personalization, and automation to create a smarter, more responsive Digital Front Door.
Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Front Door Strategy: Define the "why" and "what" for our integrated suite of solutions (CMS, Find a Doctor, and Global Search), aligning them with hospital business goals and patient needs.
  • AI & Innovation: Lead the implementation of AI features in our SaaS products, focusing on AI-optimized platform experiences and content automation to enhance user experience.
  • Personalization at Scale: Drive personalized digital journeys that meet patients in "the moments that matter," ensuring a high-impact first impression for leading healthcare brands.
  • Market & User Research: Engage healthcare marketers and consumers to identify friction points in the care-seeking journey and translate these into technical requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Work with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Content teams to launch and scale solutions. Act as the primary point of contact between developers and clients.
  • Roadmapping & Execution: Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch using JIRA, prioritizing features that revolutionize patient navigation.
  • Regulatory & Brand Integrity: Ensure all solutions are HIPAA compliant and maintain the trust and reputation of the world-class healthcare brands we support.
  • KPI Management: Define and track product KPIs, including user adoption, conversion rates, and satisfaction metrics to identify opportunities for enhancement.
Essential Skills & Background
  • Platform Expertise: 5+ years of software product management experience, with at least 2+ years of hands-on experience overseeing enterprise CMS platforms (Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, or Drupal). Special preference for those with Drupal Experience.
  • AI Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of AI optimization tooling, machine learning applications in search/personalization, and how to integrate AI within a SaaS environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Digital Front Door concept, patient journeys, Health IT, and healthcare regulations (HIPAA, data privacy).
  • Business Acumen: Ability to analyze market dynamics and ROI, understanding how digital engagement translates into clinical volume and patient loyalty.
  • Marketing Savvy: Experience in storytelling and positioning, specifically regarding how digital tools and AI-driven insights influence brand perception in healthcare.
  • Empathy & Communication: A passion for helping patients and the ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams toward a common vision.
  • AI/SaaS: Direct experience implementing AI-driven features or working within a SaaS product structure.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

Why Join Us?
  • Revolutionize Care: Be at the forefront of changing how patients find and interact with their doctors using cutting-edge AI.
  • Influence Leading Brands: Manage the digital presence of the most respected names in healthcare.
  • Collaborative Environment: Work in a culture where your contributions directly impact families during their most critical moments.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Competitive salary, healthcare, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.
Salary range: $115,000 - $125,000
