Location: Davenport, IA
Job Type: Part-time (minimum 20 hours per week)
A leading rehabilitation program in partnership with a regional health system is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible physician to serve as Medical Director for a 39-bed acute rehabilitation unit. This role provides an opportunity to lead a dedicated team focused on restoring function and quality of life for patients requiring physical, occupational, and speech therapy services.
• Provide medical leadership and oversight for interdisciplinary rehabilitation programs
• Collaborate with the Program Director and clinical staff to ensure compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, and facility standards
• Flexible scheduling and independent contractor structure
• Supported by a national rehabilitation network with robust training and compliance resources
