Contract Manufacturing Recruiter

Location: Northwest Minneapolis Metro Area (Onsite)

Are you a recruiter who understands manufacturing and knows where to find top talent? We are seeking an experienced Contract Manufacturing Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for an established manufacturing organization in the northwest suburbs of Minneapolis.

This position also requires a recruiter with a proven track record of filling both contract and contract-to-hire positions within manufacturing environments. Candidates must have experience sourcing, recruiting, and placing skilled manufacturing professionals and technical talent.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition kickoff through offer acceptance and onboarding
  • Recruit for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire positions
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
  • Develop and post engaging job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and other recruiting tools
  • Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
