What You Will Do

The Senior Director, Strategy Execution and PMO translates TURCK USA’s strategy into measurable results by driving disciplined, enterprise‑wide execution. This role owns how the organization plans, prioritizes, and delivers cross‑functional work, including building and scaling the PMO, leading the annual operating plan, and establishing the operating rhythms that ensure alignment and accountability. Partnering closely with executive and operating leaders, the role leads through influence to improve visibility, consistency, and execution effectiveness across the U.S. and global organization.

  • Serve as a trusted partner to the Leadership Team, shaping and implementing processes, tools, and coaching that enable effective execution of strategic initiatives
  • Support and guide change management efforts associated with strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with long‑term business objectives
  • Lead the annual operating planning process, including defining goals, strategies, and tactical plans; establish mechanisms to track and report progress against business targets
  • Partner with senior leadership to prioritize programs and projects based on business value, strategic alignment, resource capacity, and risk
PMO Development and Leadership
  • Own the vision, strategy, and execution of TURCK USA’s Project Management Office
  • Design and implement practical project management tools, processes, standards, and training to enable consistent and effective execution
  • Provide guidance and coaching to project managers and teams across planning, execution, and close‑out, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality expectations
  • Define, document, and communicate project management methodologies, standards, and best practices to drive consistency and efficiency
  • Lead project reviews, governance forums, and other PMO operating mechanisms
  • Establish the foundation and roadmap for future PMO staffing, capabilities, and maturity
Project and Program Oversight
  • Oversee the enterprise portfolio of cross‑functional projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with global strategy, U.S. business priorities, and resource availability
  • Track execution performance, proactively identify risks and issues, and recommend timely mitigation strategies
  • Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and actionable project and portfolio status updates for senior leadership and key stakeholders
  • Enable effective communication and collaboration across project teams and functional leaders
Senior and Operating Leadership Facilitation
  • Facilitate executive and senior leadership strategy, planning, and alignment sessions, ensuring discussions are structured, outcomes are clear, and priorities are well defined
  • Partner with the Operating Leadership Team to translate executive priorities into actionable initiatives, clarify ownership, and drive disciplined execution
  • Provide frameworks, guidance, and coaching to help leaders remain focused and aligned on critical objectives
  • Collaborate across functions to align priorities, timelines, and resources
Operational Effectiveness
  • Drive the design and execution of the company’s Operating System, including accountability structures, core processes, and key performance indicators
  • Champion continuous improvement within the PMO and enterprise project management practices
  • Capture lessons learned from projects and integrate improvements into future initiatives
  • Identify execution bottlenecks, resource constraints, and process inefficiencies, implementing solutions to improve speed and effectiveness
  • Lead or support special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Executive Team
What You Will Bring

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • PMP certification required; PgMP or equivalent demonstrated experience preferred
  • 10+ years of experience leading complex projects or programs within a global manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Demonstrated experience establishing, improving, and scaling project management processes, methodologies, and governance standards
  • Proven ability to align tactical execution with long‑term business strategy and successfully lead organizational change to deliver complex initiatives
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence, drive accountability, and deliver results without direct authority
  • Strategic thinker with a strong hands‑on execution mindset
  • Proactive problem solver with demonstrated experience managing risk at the enterprise and program level
  • Strong business and operational acumen, including budget management, cost tracking, and data‑driven decision‑making; advanced Excel proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new systems

Preferred:

  • At least 5 years of experience working with SAP or another major ERP system
  • German and/or Spanish language proficiency
  • Familiarity with the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework
