Manage event logistics, including room setup, attendee tracking, communications, materials, signage, check-in, and post-event follow-up

Track event outcomes, including attendee volume, candidate leads, conversion to interviews, and hires

Build repeatable event playbooks, templates, checklists, and communications to make monthly sourcing events easier to scale

Support offer-to-start coordination and new hire handoffs in partnership with recruiters and HR

Support recruiting administration, candidate updates, interview process tracking, and other coordination workflows in Workday as needed

Look for ways to improve coordination workflows, candidate communication, sourcing event execution, and the Tempe new hire experience

Comfort supporting recruiting operations and system-related tasks as part of day-to-day coordination work

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Ability to create structure, checklists, templates, and repeatable processes
