Job Description:   
 
Qualifications
  • Forklift experience (preferred)
  • Computer skills: SAP, Microsoft Office, Outlook (Required)
  • Core Competencies, demonstrated ability to perform all shipping processes
  • Demonstrated ability to perform all receiving processes (Domestic and ASA)
  • Demonstrated ability to read pick tickets, demonstrated ability to identify quality deficiencies (leakers, damaged cases, etc.) and place pallets on hold
  • Handle multiple people and projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Must be flexible in working hours- overtime, vacation coverage and off-shifts
  • 2-3 years’ experience in warehouse preferred
Responsibilities
  • Safely maneuver pallets of full goods in the warehouse
  • Load pallets of full goods onto third-party carrier trailers
  • Receive Domestic orders from other BTB facilities
  • Maintain housekeeping and sanitation of warehouse and forklift
  • Problem solve in independent and team setting
  • Complete daily Loader Activity Log
  • Execute Dock Schedule, maintaining 100% accuracy
  • Maximize dock door utilization and line load
  • Provide direction to warehouse and palletizers as needed
  • Perform pick ticket processing
  • Receipt of inbounds/returns within 24 hours of arrival
  • Maintain accuracy of Yard management
  • Communicate with Yard Utilities and carriers to enhance dock efficiency
  • Maintain dock office at or above 90% 5s standards
  • Resolve order and goods issue discrepancies
  • Complete order exceptions as needed
  • Proactively communicate within warehouse and other departments for issue resolutions and process improvements
  • Perform other tasks, as directed by the Warehouse Manager
