The Director, Finance serves as a strategic finance leader responsible for driving high-impact initiatives, solving complex business problems, and delivering analytical insights that enable executive decision-making. This role operates as a versatile business athlete-leading cross-functional projects, developing financial strategies, building executive-ready analyses, and partnering across the organization to improve performance and accelerate strategic priorities.
Success in this role requires intellectual curiosity, exceptional analytical capabilities, strong executive communication skills, and the ability to quickly become an expert in new business problems. Rather than owning a single functional area, the Director is expected to lead work across a broad portfolio of strategic finance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Finance & Business Partnership
  • Lead complex financial analyses that inform enterprise strategy and executive decision-making.
  • Partner with senior leaders across finance and operations to evaluate strategic opportunities, investments, and business performance.
