Puerto Rico | Full-Time

Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000 | Reports to: General Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Casino Director to lead all aspects of casino operations, financial performance, guest experience, and regulatory compliance. This is a senior operations role — not a marketing or player development function. The ideal candidate has held the title of Casino Director or served as a high-performing #2 (Assistant Director or Lead Shift Manager) with 10+ years of direct casino operations experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee all daily casino operations — table games, slot floor, staffing, and scheduling
  • Own P&L responsibility: budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Build and maintain relationships with local players, hotel guests, and VIP clientele
  • Design and execute casino promotions, activations, and loyalty programs
  • Ensure full compliance with Puerto Rico Gaming Commission regulations
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to create integrated guest experiences
  • Maintain floor presence — lead as a host, not just an administrator

REQUIREMENTS

  • Casino Director title OR strong #2 with 10+ years of true casino operations experience
  • Caribbean casino experience required (beyond Puerto Rico now accepted)
  • US work authorization required
  • Boutique casino background strongly preferred (~100 slots, few tables)
  • Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
  • Host mentality — relationship builder, culturally attuned, floor-present
  • Experience with casino marketing, activations, and player development
  • Compensation must align: $100K–$110K
