Nous avons une nouvelle opportunite interessante et nous engageons un Gestionnaire de terrain. Relevant du Directeur Regional, le candidat retenu sera responsable du soutien des equipes de marketing residentiel de Bell Canada.

Notre candidat ideal est une personne confiante, inspirante et responsable qui peut travailler de maniere autonome ainsi que dans un environnement en equipe tout en gerant des equipes allant jusqu'a 15-17 membres.

Responsabilites:

  • En tant que Gestionnaire de terrain, vous serez responsable de la mise en uvre de la strategie et de l'execution des fonctions suivantes :
  • Hierarchiser les differentes tactiques de vente afin d'optimiser le retour sur investissement
  • Atteindre les objectifs de vente fixes par la direction
  • Gerer une equipe d'environ 15 representants en marketing residentiel
  • Maximiser le temps passe sur le terrain a encadrer et a former les representants en marketing residentiel
  • Developper et animer regulierement des reunions d'equipe
  • Etre responsable de la gestion des performances
  • Gerer l'horaire hebdomadaire de ses equipes ainsi que les demandes de paie et de vacances, cela comprend aussi : fournir des directives aux employes concernant les questions liees a OSL, a la paie, aux vacances et aux depenses
  • Travailler en etroite collaboration avec les equipes multifonctionnelles pour garantir la bonne execution de tous les programmes
  • Fournir des rapports de performance des ventes sur une base hebdomadaire
  • S'assurer que les delais et les objectifs du projet sont respectes
  • Fournir un feedback sur les activites concurrentielles, la tarification, l'acceptation des produits, etc.
  • Soutenir le recrutement de nouveaux membres de l'equipe
  • Diverses autres taches, au besoin

Exigences du poste:

  • Au moins 3 a 5 ans d'experience dans la gestion d'equipes commerciales, de preference dans le secteur de la telecommunication
  • Experience dans la gestion d'une equipe de vente specialisee dans l'occupation des marches residentiels
  • Responsable des ventes inspirant et creatif qui possede une experience averee pour atteindre les objectifs
  • Esprit d'equipe et collaboration axes sur le service a la clientele, adaptabilite et initiative
  • Solides competences en matiere de planification et d'organisation, capacite a anticiper les problemes et les opportunites et a developper des solutions efficaces
  • Capacite a travailler au sein d'une equipe multifonctionnelle au niveau des divisions et de l'entreprise
  • Capacite a travailler avec un minimum de supervision
  • Excellentes competences relationnelles, de communication, d'ecriture et d'analyse
  • Competences averees en gestion du temps dans un environnement en constante evolution
  • Etre dispose a voyager regulierement dans le territoire assigne (certains deplacements d'une nuit ou plus peuvent etre necessaires)
  • Doit avoir un permis de conduire valide
  • Flexibilite pour travailler selon divers horaires, y compris les jours, les soirs et les fins de semaine
  • Capacite a rester debout / marcher pendant de longues periodes dans toutes les conditions meteorologiques
  • Etre bilingue est un atout (francais-anglais)
