Job Title: Marketing Director / Community Relations Director

Job Summary:

Forest Hills Place Assisted Living, a retirement community in Cleveland Heights, Ohio, is seeking a dynamic Marketing Director / Community Relations Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for building and growing census by developing a strategic sales and marketing plan and providing prospective residents and/or responsible parties with appropriate information and assistance. Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy to drive census growth and increase revenue
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, leading to a consistent flow of quality referrals to the building
• Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems and tools to manage referral source sales and inquiries
• Employ IMPACT Selling with referral sources and inquiries to ensure successful outcomes
• Effectively communicate with prospective residents and/or responsible parties to provide information and assistance to choose Forest Hills Place Assisted Living
• Provide tours of the building and consultative follow-up with inquiries
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the building's products and services, resident care related capabilities, and physician relations
• Consistently employs IMPACT Selling with referral sources and inquiries to drive sales and revenue growth

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field
• Proven track record of driving census growth and increasing revenue
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledgeable in the admission process of Wavier, Mycare, PACE admissions

Compensation:

• $80,000 - $95,000 annually
