Job description

Life Care Centersย of America isย seeking anย experienced and results-driven Regional Clinicalย Director to joinย our leadership teamย in support ofย the Mesquite/Silverย Regions. This roleย provides clinicalย leadership andย operational oversight:ย ย 



1st position- Skilled Nursingย Facilities (SNFs)- 4 centers located in- 1 facility inย the Phoenix, Arizonaย area and 3 in Nevada (2 in Las Vegas and 1 in Reno)


2nd position- Skilled Nursingย Facilities (SNFs) -5 centers in Arizona (2 East Valley, Payson, Globe, Yuma)

The Regional Clinicalย Director isย expected to maintainย a strong onsiteย presence across allย four facilities, deliveringย strategic clinical leadership, mentoring interdisciplinaryย teams, andย drivingย operational excellenceย through a consistentย rotation schedule.

To effectively supportย the region, candidatesย must reside inย either Arizona orย Nevada and beย able to travelย regularlyย between assignedย facilities.ย 


This specific position requires a minimum of 5 years of nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility.


Previous experience in Point Click Care is required

Position Summary

The Regional Director of Clinical Services directs the operations, programs and activities of the region to maintain the highest quality of care and service in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements
  • Registered nurse with an active state license.
  • At least three years of experience in skilled nursing care or related industry.
  • Knowledge of state and federal guidelines governing post acute and long term care services.
Specific Job Requirements
  • Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
  • Knowledgeable of practices and procedures as well as the laws, regulations, and guidelines governing functions in the post acute care facility
  • Implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department
  • Perform proficiently in all competency areas including but not limited to: patient rights, and safety and sanitation
  • Maintains professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, etc.
  • Maintains confidentiality of all proprietary and/or confidential information
  • Understand and follow company policies including harassment and compliance procedures
  • Displays integrity and professionalism by adhering to Life Care'sย Code of Conductย and completes mandatoryย Code of Conductย and other appropriate compliance training
