Regional Outreach Director

Christian Leadership | Regional Growth | Community Engagement


Are you an experienced leader looking for a career where your faith, professional abilities, and desire to serve others can work together?


Guardian Outreach Ministries, operating through Guardian Community, is hiring a Regional Outreach Director to expand our outreach efforts and lead operations within an assigned market. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys developing people, forming strategic relationships, organizing community events, and producing measurable results.


You will help grow a mission dedicated to supporting veterans and first responders while building a meaningful, financially rewarding, and purpose-centered career.


Your Responsibilities

  • Recruit, develop, and lead a regional outreach team
  • Establish relationships with golf courses, businesses, and community partners
  • Coordinate and oversee fundraising and outreach events
  • Create regional performance goals and monitor progress
  • Coach team members and maintain consistent operating standards
  • Identify new opportunities for regional growth
  • Work directly with executive leadership on strategy and expansion

Preferred Background

  • At least five years of experience in leadership, sales, business development, B2B relationships, or management
  • Ministry, evangelism, nonprofit, or community outreach experience is welcomed
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build lasting professional relationships
  • Comfortable working with goals, performance metrics, and accountability
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and basic reporting tools
  • A genuine heart for Christian service and helping veterans and first responders
