Job Description: Turning Point Action is seeking a highly skilled, natural born leader and motivated individual to manage TPAction's innovative and large Chase The Vote initiative field staff personnel. Day-to-day responsibilities include daily communication, training and guiding ballot chasers across the state of Arizona, and volunteers. Responsibilities also include hiring and building a community of the nation's most aggressive and highly skilled ballot chasers in recent American history. The Ballot Chase Manager has attainable and incentivized goals and works in tandem with the Enterprise Director in order to make sure that the staff is happy, successful and well taken care of.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 1 year managing field staff, grassroots campaign, office or relevant experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Familiarity and proficiency with Google Drive (Google Docs, Sheets)
  • Knowledge and demonstrated competence of Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
  • Willingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned
  • Unmatched passion for conservative politics
  • Flexibility and enthusiasm for dynamic, self-directed work environment
