Job Description
Ensureappropriatemanagementof QC related validations, transfers, investigations related activities (deviations, OOS, OOE, OOT, CAPAs, trending), and Change Control systems.
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, Engineering, or relatedexperience.
10+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related regulated industryincludingatleast5 years of leadership experience building, developing, and leading high-performing organizations including prior experience leading a QC organization.
Demonstrated experience leading regulatory inspections, audits, investigations, and quality system activities.
The salary for this position is expected to range between $138,600 and $257,400per year.The final salary offered isdeterminedbased on factors like, but not limited to, relevant skills andexperience, and upon joiningNovartiswill be reviewed periodically. Novartis may change the publishedsalary range based on company and market factors.Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on the level of therole, eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards.US-based eligible employees will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes health,lifeanddisability benefits, a 401(k) with company contribution and match, and a variety of other benefits.
