Job Description

You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand critical services, assess risk, and ensure recovery strategies are aligned to business priorities and regulatory expectations.
This role combines analytical, advisory, and execution-focused work. You'll lead business impact assessments, develop recovery strategies, and guide teams through testing and real-world scenarios to ensure readiness. The team places a strong emphasis on ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement. You'll have regular interaction with senior leaders, and the opportunity to support conversations that shape priorities across the organization giving you exposure across multiple lines of business. It's a strong fit for someone who enjoys working independently while staying closely connected to the business and driving meaningful outcomes.

  • Advise: Provide guidance to stakeholders on risk, recovery strategies, and program requirements while influencing outcomes without direct authority
  • Improve: Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps, monitoring remediation efforts, and supporting the evolution toward risk-based planning and testing

Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Crisis Management, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field and 5+ years of related experience in business continuity program management or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
