The MD owns the full investment lifecycle from origination through portfolio management, leading a team of VPs, Associates, and Analysts.Core responsibilities include end-to-end deal execution: originating, underwriting, structuring, negotiating, closing, and monitoring real estate transactions (affordable housing, commercial, community facilities) leveraging LIHTC, NMTC, Opportunity-Zone credits, C-PACE financing, and other state and local incentive programs. The MD will prepare and present to the Investment Committee and manage portfolio risk oversight.This role requires deep expertise in community development real estate finance, including tax credit structures (LIHTC, NMTC), and a demonstrated track record in originating and closing complex structured transactions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
