  • Establish structured learning pathways that provide employees with clear opportunities for growth from entry-level through leadership roles.
  • Develop and facilitate blended learning experiences utilizing instructor-led training, e-learning, mentoring, coaching, experiential learning, and peer-to-peer knowledge sharing.
  • Partner with firm leaders and subject matter experts to identify development priorities, address skill gaps, and create impactful learning experiences aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a competency framework that defines career progression, role expectations, and advancement opportunities across disciplines.
  • Use workforce trends, retention insights, employee feedback, and business needs to identify opportunities to strengthen talent development strategies.
  • Implement and manage learning systems and technology solutions to track training, certifications, development progress, and program effectiveness.

Education and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field required.
  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, organizational development, talent management, or human resources.
  • Proven success designing and implementing learning and development programs within a professional services or design-focused environment; experience in the architecture, engineering, or interior design industry strongly preferred.
  • Experience building career pathways, competency frameworks, leadership development programs, and scalable learning initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to create engaging development experiences through a variety of learning methods.
  • A strategic thinker and strong collaborator who can partner with leaders to identify needs and translate business goals into meaningful development solutions.
  • A self-starter with strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a track record of taking ownership to drive initiatives forward.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS), training technologies, and learning analytics.
