The BSA Analyst at One Community Bank is a vital member of our compliance team, working closely with the BSA/AML/OFAC Sanctions Officer to uphold the Bank's adherence to the Bank Secrecy Act and related regulations. This dynamic role encompasses a range of responsibilities, including risk identification and control assessment, internal monitoring reviews, and training initiatives. You will leverage Verafin for day-to-day operations, managing alerts, conducting research, and filing necessary government documents. Additionally, you will assist in the development of policies and procedures, while actively participating in BSA activities including suspicious activity investigations and audit preparations. As a trusted resource, you will support your colleagues in understanding and navigating BSA/AML processes, ensuring that everyone at One Community Bank is equipped to meet compliance requirements effectively.

To thrive as a BSA Analyst at One Community Bank, candidates must possess a solid foundation in compliance, evidenced by an Associate's Degree or equivalent professional experience. A background of 1-3 years in a financial institution, specifically within BSA/AML compliance, is highly preferred.
