We are seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to lead daily branch operations, drive performance, and support regional growth.Position SummaryThe Operations Manager oversees branch performance and ensures service excellence across all customer accounts. Working closely with the General Manager, this role drives employee accountability, customer retention, and budget execution. The ideal candidate is an organized, decisive leader comfortable making real-time choices in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership: Supervise Area Managers, Site Managers, Support Techs, and the Staffing Coordinator.
