Hurst Limontes LLC is a distinguished personal injury law firm located in Indianapolis, dedicated to serving injured individuals and families. With a mission rooted in compassion and results, the firm has successfully recovered millions on behalf of its clients, guiding them through challenging times with expertise and care.

Founded by respected legal professionals, the firm specializes in personal injury cases, including car accidents, motorcycle accidents, and wrongful death claims. With a deep understanding of the local legal landscape, they offer personalized representation informed by decades of combined experience serving Indiana communities. This local insight empowers the team to navigate the complexities of insurance practices and court proceedings effectively, ensuring that their clients receive the justice and compensation they deserve.

The Bilingual Paralegal role at Hurst Limontes LLC is crucial to supporting the growing Hispanic client base and enhancing the operational capabilities of the firm's junior attorneys. As a newly created position, it addresses the increasing demand for dedicated administrative assistance, enabling junior attorneys to focus on legal advocacy while ensuring that Spanish-speaking clients receive timely and personalized service. This role is not only integral to streamlining workflows but also pivotal in reinforcing the firm's commitment to exceptional client care and professional growth.

What you'll do:

  • Litigation Support: Assist with litigation processes, keeping track of case deadlines and ensuring attorney preparedness.
  • Organizational Efficiency: Organize case information and strategize to move cases efficiently through the legal process.
  • Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to enhance legal operations.
  • Client Intakes: Conduct thorough client intakes, providing essential updates and maintaining detailed records.

What we're looking for:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Legal Experience: Prior experience in a law firm setting, ideally within personal injury or case management roles.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and maintain order in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer Service: Strong skills in client communication and relationship-building.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and general computer applications. Experience with NEOS or other legal case management systems is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
  • Adaptability: Quick learner with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Team Collaboration: Comfortable working in a collaborative, growing team environment.

Why you should work here:

  • Growth Opportunities: Be part of a rapidly expanding firm investing in career advancement and operational development.
  • Collaborative Culture: Work in a supportive, team-oriented environment where open communication and employee input are valued.
  • Impactful Role: Directly support attorneys in building their practices and making a tangible difference in client experiences.
  • Proximity to Leadership: Gain direct access to firm leadership, offering mentoring and the chance to influence firm-wide improvements.

Additional perks:

  • Compensation Package: Competitive hourly wage with flexibility based on experience.
  • 401(k) Plan: Eligibility after 90 days, supporting your long-term financial goals.
  • Vision Insurance: Available from day one, prioritizing your health and wellness.
  • Bonuses: Potential for end-of-year bonuses contingent on firm performance.
  • Work Environment: This is a fully onsite position in Indianapolis. The firm is currently relocating from downtown Indianapolis to the northeast side, and candidates should be comfortable working from the future office location.
